I ordered a pair of shoes that were to be delivered by FedEx. FedEx must have delivered them to the wrong location. They opened a case number and tried to locate them. A few days later they suggested I call Vionic. Well—you cannot get in touch with these people. I have called 3 times per day since Wednesday of last week and held until they disconnected me. I pressed two to enter a call back number but was only able to hold there as well then disconnected. I sent them an email two times with no response. Will never purchase from them again!
Vionic customer service is awful. I returned a pair of boots for exchange over a month ago. I have reached out by phone 3 times and email twice with zero response re the status of the exchange. It’s always the same story- my manager Helaina will call have to take care of this. And I never hear from a manager. Do you even care about customer service?!!!!! Let me add to the 30plus percent of customers who have had bad experiences with Vionic!!!

I have spent the past 4 months trying to get a refund per their guarantee at their online site. Initially, when I entered my return number online as directed, the number showed up as invalid. Like others, I called and called. I did finally actually speak with someone, who told me that there was a "glitch" on the site, that she didn't know when it would be repaired, and that there was no way to do a manual authorization. After numerous more attempts to get a return authorization with the same result, I finally had my bank reverse the charge. Lo and behold, I then got the return authorization almost immediately. After sending the the shoes back, I received a confirmation telling me that a refund would be processed. Since I had already reversed the charge, I responded that we were "even," and no refund was due. Imagine my surprise when a month later, the company had the bank reverse the charge back, effectively giving them a "double credit." Since then, they have come up with one excuse after another about why they couldn't issue my refund. As another reviewer stated, this is one "dodgey" company. In addition, they are using COVID-19 as an excuse for failing to provide any type of customer service, or to honor their guarantees.

They do not have the items in stock but still charge you for them, they then try to blame the courier, very dodgy
Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMONG THE RUDEST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! I ORDERED AND PAID FOR SHOES 3 WEEKS AGO. I SPENT A WEEK ON TRYING TO CONTACT VIONIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO ENCOUNTER AN EXTREMELY DISINTERESTED, RUDE PERSON, WHO SAID THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO SHIP AN CANCELED MY ORDER. After wearing and promoting vionic shoes for years, sadly, I will be looking for another brand, solely because of their shi**** customer service!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I ordered several pairs of shoes for which I was charged and told the order would arrive a few days later. A week later no shoes. I called and was told they did not have the shoes and would cancel the order and refund the charges in a few days. Their website should not even be operational. They are selling things they do not have and then charging for them, even though they do not have what they are charging for. Next complaint is going to the FTC to report fraud.
These shoes make my feet feel like they are living in a luxury condo, and comparatively make other sneakers feel like cheap weekly motels. I don't think I can ever go back now.
Horrible customer service. I called after 3 weeks and NEVER received the shoes. Was told they would monitor it another week and issue a refund if there was no tracking movement. Product never arrived. Took weeks to get my refund.
I bought 2 pairs of Vionic Sandals, the Noosa & Bells toe post design. I was really looking forward to getting them after reading all the raving reviews on the Vionic New Zealand online store. Well after wearing the Noosa inside my house for less than 3 hours, a week later I still have a blister under my foot from the way the hard plastic strap cut into my foot. The strap does not go to the side of the thong but under your foot. Both the Noosa and Bell Toe have rubbed between my toes and at the top. They are terrible shoes, I have not had blisters from shoes in over 30 years, in fact I can't even remember when last a sandal of shoes has given me blisters. I tried to submit an honest review on Vionic's online New Zealand store, however, they don't allow honest reviews. My review included their excellent delivery service, over night from ordering, but that the Noosa sandal was badly designed and cutting between my toe and under my foot took away the benefits of buying an expensive sandal for arch support and plantar fasciitis. A week later, my honest review is not up. Not a single bad review out of their hundreds if not thousands of reviews. We don't live in a perfect world where 100% of Clients are pleased 100% of the time. The lesson I learned is to not trust a product\online store that does not have a single review that isn't raving about their products. I have bought may shoes and sandals online and have never had a problem with style size or design. Some with bad reviews. I have also never bought a simple thong for over $120.00. Cheap thongs/sandals have never cut my feet like these. So disappointed and angry.
Ordered on 11/27, started requesting a status on the order that was supposed to be a Christmas gift on 12/17, and did not receive a response of any kind until I made a BBB complaint. It took seven emails to get them to state that the order that shows “sent” on their website hadn’t been in stock when the order was placed, they don’t charge until it’s sent (remains to be seen since the system shows that it was), and they don’t back order. Customer service is rude and not helpful, though their social media manager appears to be trying.

Wouldn't recommend. I bought the pair of expensive men's Trent shoes for which I paid $150 plus delivery. It's nice looking and kind of comfortable shoes - these are pros. The cons are bad workmanship. The tip of the right shoe was barely glued to the body of the shoe. In addition, the glue residue is shown all around the tip. I wrote the email to their customer service 5 days ago and have no answer.
